Hi, I am Sarah and I have been a Holistic Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner for many years and have provided emotional, physical and spiritual support to many women and families at different stages of their lives. I understand how powerful these transitional times in life can be.
Birth is a time to feel empowered, held and supported.
​​​As your Doula, I’m here to support and empower you towards a pregnancy and birth that’s just right for you. I believe that with kindness, wisdom and compassion
we can make choices that will nurture and empower us. I use Energy Medicine techniques and my intuition to guide my home and professional life. I’ve found these skills really helps my clients feel relaxed, safe and understood. I believe with the right conditions you can have a graceful and magical birth. It would be an honour to share such a powerful and transformative experience with you.
Working as a Holistic therapist and Energy healer for many years, I’ve learnt many tools & techniques along the way. which I now use to guide others through their birthing process. There are many natural holistic tools which work extremely well for pregnancy, labour and birth. I wish I knew what I do know with the births of my children, it would have helped me have a non traumatic time. I know that if I’d worked with a doula to support, advise and empower me, the outcomes would have been quite different.

I’ve worked with many different types of children and their families covering all sorts of different relationships and dynamics. I have experience & training of working with issues of mental health, trauma and substance abuse.

​Outside of work I’m a keen spiritual artist and nature lover. I’m currently creating Soul Portrait pictures. This means that I draw a person’s soul and then translate the artwork into a personal intuitive message.
